Aeroficial’s ADS-B Receiver for best airside coverage

Aeroficial Intelligence developed a high-performance ADS-B receiver, optimised for airside/TMA operations. The receiver provides the Performance Cockpit with ultra-high update rates and high resolution of flight movements even in terminal near areas. These information are processed in Aeroficial's analytics pipelines creating more than 70 KPIs per each flight. The KPIs refer to taxi processes, de-icing, congestions, RWY capacity & throughput, safety and approach/departure. All calculated information provide novel information that is completely developed in-house at Aeroficial. The data can be used for integration to your internal applications. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

With data and APIs Aeroficial provides a stand-alone data service to cover information about flights with a specific focus on airside processes. All values provided with the more than 70 KPIs per flight movement are calculated by algorithms and detection logic in the Performance Cockpit and do not utilise already-existing KPIs and data from existing systems or data collections. Being aware of that and knowing that Aeroficial ADS-B receivers provide ultra high resolution of 2 seconds, provides the aviation market with the most accurate KPIs and time stamps to enrich A-CDM or the AODB. Airside Tracking Data

With the Aeroficial ADS-B receiver the aircraft are covered with ultra high update rates even in terminal near areas. It basically means that the data sets include high-precision positioning updates enabling you to cover all taxi ways, runways and gate positions without having gaps in between the taxi, approach and departure process. Meteorological Data

The AeroData uses surveillance data to derive meteorological data. All tracked aircraft are used as moving sensors that measure wind and temperature conditions indirectly at different locations and flight levels. Knowing the most recent wind direction and its respective speed provides advanced weather knowledge for higher situational awareness at airports and to compute more accurate weather models.
